Over a year ago, I had a Craniosacral treatment from Aimee for ongoing TMJ pain. I came out with less jaw pain and feeling 20 pounds lighter emotionally BUT this isn’t about her treatments. Aimee explained that the TMJ will likely always be there or come back if I don’t learn to release the deeper tension patterns that only I can heal. So I signed up for her Biodynamic meditation class and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. With only a handful of sessions, even my family noticed how much happier, kinder and fun I am again.
