It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world.
What you’ll gain
-
Almost all body tension is a result of sensory stress, even when the stress begins in the body.
Your sensory neurons pick up stimuli from within our body (Zone A), in our personal space (Zone B), within our individual world (Zone C) or in nature (Zone D).
Then, It is than compared to previous experiences stored in our nervous system to determine if it is a threat (processed) and either dismissed or acted upon.
process —> regulate —> Signs of release.
Even physical discomfort from the body causes sensory stress, feeding a cycle of stress causing tension causing discomfort.
-
Increase your ‘window of tolerance’, the range in which you can effectively cope with everyday stressors and emotional experiences without becoming overwhelmed.
When stress levels exceed your window, you may become either hyperaroused (anxiety, anger, agitation) or hypoaroused (numbness, dissociation), making it difficult to function or problem solve mindfully.
However, when stress or excitement falls within your window of tolerance ( the bigger the better!), you can think clearly, make rational decisions, and manage your emotions effectively.
-
Rediscover your calm, focused self effortlessly by aligning with the inherent Craniosacral rhythms of health within you. Reconnecting with your natural flow state and developing this awareness of your nervous system will help you:
Provide healing insights into your reactions, emotions and habits.
Maintain focus on your responsibilities, needs, and goals versus getting entangled in others' issues, even if you're highly sensitive.
Understand and authentically be the ‘new you’ that resulted from life changes.
Gain or regain trust, confidence and clarity in your intuitive instincts.
